What is Pride?

Pride is an event that celebrates queer people and minorities of the UK, sharing the pride and voices of those in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (or questioning), intersex, and asexual community (LGBTQIA+).

What date is Pride in the UK?

Pride is held at different times across the UK, often accompanied by parades, music festivals, and other events.

Where is the biggest Pride UK Festival?

The biggest Pride UK Festival is likely Brighton & Hove Pride – as a home of allyship and freedom for the LGBTQIA+ community. Iconic performers such as Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Paloma Faith, Dua Lipa, and Christina Aguilera have performed at Brighton’s Pride music festival, Fabuloso in the Park.

Are UK Pride Festivals free?

These days, UK Pride Festivals have become such big events that some have started implementing tickets to raise money for LGBTQIA+ charities and also manage the amount of people attending. It’s always best to check which Pride Festival you want to attend for activities and potential prices before you start sprinkling on the body glitter!
